We were thrilled with Ms. Capobianco. We had been looking for a house in Woods Hole for the past 2 years – after being outbid 2 years ago. Erika never forgot about us and kept looking and finally let us know about a house that was “going to come on the market” in the next few days. We jumped on the information and were able to purchase the house. She was also very helpful in the negotiations over the final price and the discussions following the inspection report. When I decided to buy a house in Falmouth after living for a while in a winter rental, I called Erika Capobianco to help me. Because of my teaching schedule, and the upcoming deadline of moving out of the winter rental, I had only one week to house hunt– February vacation 2015. Through the snowpocalypse she drove me around to view houses. Each house met the criteria I gave her and fit my price range. I fell in love with the first one, and ended up bidding on it, and then eventually buying it. However, Erika wisely advised me to wait before bidding until she had shown me other houses so that I would have no regrets nor doubts later.
